We charge a flat rate of $5 (credits) per page to convert Word Documents to EDGAR-compliant HTML. To view the EDGAR HTML, you need to pay for the conversion. However, you can review the equivalent PDF preview free of charge.

Please review the PDF thoroughly to make sure that you are satisfied with the look and feel of the output. If you are not satisfied with the output, review the “Guide to preparing Word documents for Edgarizing”, modify your Word document appropriately and submit again. Repeat this till you are satisfied with the output quality.

How to Pay

2. After you have logged in, purchase Edgarizing Online Credits to pay for the Edgarizing Online conversions and obtain the password. The password will enable you to open the converted EDGAR HTML file.
