Previewing and Buying the EDGAR HTML File

In this document we describe how to (1) preview EDGAR HTML file and (2) buy password to open the EDGAR HTML file. Watch a video demo.

1. Preview the EDGAR HTML file

Please review the PDF thoroughly to make sure that you are satisfied with the look and feel of the output. If you are not satisfied with the output, review the Guide to preparing document in Word, modify your Word document appropriately and submit it again. Please repeat this until you are satisfied with the output quality.

2. Buy the Password to open the EDGAR HTML file

To buy the password, go to the Conversion History page and follow the following steps:

1. Locate the row with the same Conversion ID number as the number in the Zip filename you received. Then under the “Password to open EDGAR HTML” column, check the Buy checkbox and click the Buy Password button.
   
   
   
   
2. You will see a password. Click the "Copy" button to copy the password. If you do not see the “Copy” button manually copy the password (highlight it using your mouse and use the CTRL+C keys).
   
   
   
3. Double click on the edgar-html.zip file to see the EDGAR HTML file. Click on the Extract all files button, specify a target folder, and then paste the password (use the CTRL+V keys or use the mouse).
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. Now you can open and view the EDGAR HTML file.
